I recently attended the ” Faithful Men Conference” I must tell you when I attend these events they are for the most part the biggest colossal waste of my time. Sometimes when I go to these seminars and conferences. I think my endurance for the Lord is being tested. Well let me say the conference that International Baptist Church put on was not only first class , but it offered valuable insight on church growth. As a local pastor maybe I should not be giving “Them Baptist such high praise” but truth must be spoken. The ministry of International Baptist Church has everything that church growth experts say you need in a growing church. They are : 1. Their people know their purpose for being a ministry 2. A strong personal evangelism ministry 3. Music that brings people to the heart of G-d 4. A strong discipleship program 5. People eager to serve the Lord 6. Strong Fellowship & 7. Conducting themselves in a friendly but professional manner. When a church has these seven elements a church will grow and without question International Baptist Church is a fast growing church. Now if they just learn to dance I think they’ll have all the bases covered.
