Each month we are excited to give an update to report on what God is doing in Dumaguete! This month we are still excited but especially about what God is going to do in Dumaguete.
We are pleased to announce that this year, we start training Hylanders in Asia through Hyles-Anderson College of the Philippines. Classes are scheduled to begin on October 1, 2012. We are honored to be able to bring to the Philippines a college that will teach Filipino men and women the same sound doctrine, practical methods, good philosophy, and Biblical principles that Dr. Jack Hyles and those who worked with him have taught thousands through the past 40 years at Hyles-Anderson College in Crown Point, Indiana.
As we prepare to open the college, we are in need of those who share a desire to see souls saved and churches started both in the Philippines and throughout Asia to help. There are three ways you can help us. First, we need Founding Donors to help with a one-time donation to allow us to get the best start possible. Secondly, we need Student Sponsors who will commit to giving monthly to allow students to come to school who would not be able to do so financially. Third, and most importantly, we need to know that there are faithful Prayer Partners who will go to the Lord on our behalf.
We know already that the Devil is fighting, and we need to show him and the world that “greater is He that is in us.” We are ready to teach and train Hylanders in the Philippines through Hyles-Anderson College of the Philippines. Would you please consider helping? As a way to say “Thank you!” we have recorded a song that was written last year for our 2011 Mission Conference. The song “He Saved Others,” written by Randy DeMoville and Lacey MacRae, is available for you to download both as an MP3 and PDF (sheet music).
